I’ve had this spot on my radar for a while! Glad I finally made it in to @newquarter_ because the food was absolutely worth the wait!

The restaurant is located on the corner of Swan and Lennox Street, though the main entrance on Lennox Street has a step. They do have a separate accessible entrance on Swan, which is great to see, but it’s not always open. It requires someone to go inside and request for it to be unlocked. (We didn’t call ahead, so there was a little hesitation when we arrived - something to be aware of.)

Once inside, the space is all on one level with plenty of room to move around. There’s a mix of booth seating along the edges, standard tables + chairs in the centre, and bar seating. It feels thoughtfully laid out, with good manoeuvrability for mobility aids. Now let’s talk food - it’s the standout here. Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour. My dietary requirements were handled really well, and every dish hit the mark.

The accessible toilet is located down a hall near the kitchen. It’s spacious and includes both a backrest and grab rails.

Parking in Richmond remains tricky. There’s one accessible spot on Lennox Street (1 hr time limit) and a couple more further down on Clifton Street and one over the road on Green Street.

Would I go back? Absolutely, for the food alone. I’d just make sure to call ahead next time to ensure the accessible entrance is ready.
